ROMANIA
HANKOOK ROMANIA CASHBACK CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Beneficiary:
The end user or fleet that has purchased Hankook brand tires from an authorized DISTRIBUTOR/RESELLER of HANKOOK TIRE in Romania.
2. Campaign Period:
The CASHBACK campaign offered by HANKOOK TIRE ROMANIA rewards purchases made between September 1, 2025, and November 30, 2025.
3. Eligibility Requirements:
The only accepted proof of purchase is the invoice issued by the tire supplier, which must clearly show the purchased Hankook tires and all legible information. Delivery notes or any other documents will not be accepted—only the purchase invoice.
To join the campaign, the customer must have an invoice for the purchase of at least 1 Hankook truck tire in the sizes included in the campaign.
The maximum number of tires a customer can benefit from under the campaign is limited to 100 units per month.
4. Products Included in the Hankook Cashback Campaign:
All Hankook tires in rim sizes R17.5, R19.5, and R22.5 are eligible for the Hankook Cashback campaign. The cashback amount depends on the purchased tire, as specified below:

5. Invoice Registration Procedure:
The customer must register on the platform created for managing the Hankook Tire Romania Cashback Campaign (https://www.hankook365.com). They have 15 working days from the invoice date to register the invoice and become eligible for the campaign. Once it is verified that the purchase invoice corresponds to an authorized DISTRIBUTOR/RESELLER of HANKOOK TIRE in Romania, the cashback amounts will be recorded, and payment will be made within 30 working days. It is essential for the customer to accept the processing of their personal data.

TURKIYE
HANKOOK TURKIYE CASHBACK CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS
Consumers residing in Turkey who are 18 years of age or older and who purchase Hankook brand tires of 17.5” and above included in the campaign from official Hankook Dealers and/or Distributor partners between December 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as “Campaign Period”) shall be eligible to benefit from the Hankook Cashback / Refund Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”).

All Hankook tires with rim sizes R17.5, R19.5, and R22.5 are included in the campaign. The Cashback / Refund amounts that may be earned with a valid campaign application are as follows:

2. Participation Requirements
To benefit from the campaign, consumers must purchase one or more of the eligible products during the Campaign Period (December 1–31, 2025) and upload their purchase invoices to the application form available at www.hankook365.comby January 7, 2026.

3. Invoice Registration Procedure
Company representatives submitting the application must select Turkey (TR) in the upper-right country menu at www.hankook365.com and proceed by clicking the visual that appears. The form must be completed with name, surname, valid email address, country, mobile phone number, invoice number, and the invoice must be uploaded. Participants must read and approve the Campaign Terms and the KVKK (Data Protection) text to complete their application.
Invoices for purchases made during the campaign period must be registered no later than January 7, 2026. Invoices registered after this date will be deemed invalid.
4. Multiple Applications
Consumers may submit multiple applications if they have made multiple purchases and hold more than one invoice. Each invoice can be used for one application only; separate invoices require separate applications.
5. Invoice Review & Approval
After the invoice is submitted, it will be reviewed within 5 business days. If eligible, an approval email will be sent to the email address provided in the form. If rejected, the reason for rejection will be stated.
Consumers whose invoices are approved will receive a detailed breakdown of their total Cashback / Refund amount on January 15, 2026, sent to the email address provided in the application. The consumer must issue an invoice to the Campaign Organizer (as instructed by email) within 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
If the participant fails to send the required invoice within the specified time, their refund will not be issued and they will lose their right to benefit from the Campaign.
Refund payments will be made between January 22–30, 2026 for all participants who submit their invoices on time.
6. Communication Requirements
All campaign communications will be conducted via email only. The participant must provide a valid and active email address. If email communication cannot be established, the participant will lose the right to benefit from the Campaign.
